AcuBeat may request access to your device's microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO) for upcoming AI-powered tempo analysis features.

If used, all audio data is processed strictly locally and in real-time on your device for rhythm analysis. We do NOT record, save, store, transmit, upload, or share any of your audio data to our servers or any third-party services.

3. Storage & Data

AcuBeat allows you to save custom song tempos and setlists. This data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your saved songs or practice history.

4. Third-Party Services

To ensure app quality and support development, we may use:

  • Google Play Services: Required for account management and app updates on Android and Wear OS.
  • Google AdMob: May be used to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve ads.

5. Wear OS Integration

The Wear OS companion app provides haptic feedback and controls. No additional personal data is collected from your wearable device beyond what is necessary for functional synchronization with the mobile app.
