Delete in the app

• Open Selah and sign in.
• Go to More → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
• If you are the only owner of a church that has other members, transfer ownership to another member first (More → Church settings). A church where you are the only member is deleted together with your account.

Ask us instead

If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with (or tell us which sign-in method you used) with the subject "Delete my Selah account". We'll verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, photo, birthday and preferences), sign-in identities (email, Google, Apple, Kakao) and push-notification tokens.
• Your memberships in churches, teams and groups, your availability and serving assignments.
• Your prayer requests and your read receipts.

What may be kept

• Content you shared with a church that is part of the church's shared records — for example setlists, songs, sheet music and announcements — stays with that church, no longer linked to your profile. Church admins can delete it.
• Security and server logs kept by our infrastructure providers for up to 90 days.
• Records we must keep by law (for example purchase records), for as long as required.
