ObraSnap Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ObraSnap mobile application provided by Gndsoft LLC (“Gndsoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using ObraSnap, you agree to these Terms.

1. ObraSnap

ObraSnap is a field photo documentation and reporting tool designed to help users capture photos, annotate images, organize observations, create punch lists and other documentation, and generate PDF reports.

ObraSnap is a documentation tool.

It is not a substitute for professional judgment, legally required inspections, engineering services, licensed professional services, safety compliance procedures, or other professional obligations that may apply to your work.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use ObraSnap.

If you use ObraSnap on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to use the app on its behalf.

3. Free Version

The free version of ObraSnap allows users to create up to 3 reports and use the supported report workflows and reporting features, including PDF generation and preview.

Certain functionality, including unlimited reports and PDF export and sharing, requires ObraSnap Pro.

4. ObraSnap Pro

ObraSnap Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.

ObraSnap Pro currently unlocks:

• Unlimited reports
• PDF export and sharing
• Lifetime access to the purchased Pro unlock
• No recurring ObraSnap subscription fee

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

Pricing may vary by country or region and is displayed by Apple before purchase.

Your purchase is also subject to applicable Apple App Store terms and policies.

5. Restore Purchases

Where supported by Apple, users who previously purchased ObraSnap Pro may use the Restore Purchases function to restore the purchase entitlement associated with their Apple account.

6. Local Data

ObraSnap is designed to store core report data locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and taking reasonable steps to protect information important to you.

Deleting reports or deleting the application may result in permanent loss of locally stored information, subject to any applicable device backup or restore functionality provided by Apple.

Gndsoft cannot guarantee recovery of locally deleted reports, photos, annotations, or other report data.

7. Your Content

You retain responsibility for photos, notes, business information, report content, and other material you create, import, or store using ObraSnap.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to capture, use, store, export, and share that content.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable privacy, property, contractual, employment, and other legal requirements when documenting a jobsite, property, client project, or other location.

8. Reports and Professional Judgment

ObraSnap helps organize information supplied by the user.

Gndsoft does not independently inspect, verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information entered into an ObraSnap report.

You are responsible for reviewing reports before relying on, delivering, or sharing them.

ObraSnap does not provide legal, engineering, construction, inspection, insurance, or other licensed professional advice.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use ObraSnap to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe the rights of another person or organization;
• intentionally distribute malicious or unlawful material;
• interfere with or attempt to compromise the operation or security of the application;
• reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• use the application in a manner that violates applicable Apple App Store requirements.

10. Availability and Updates

We may update ObraSnap to improve functionality, maintain compatibility, address security issues, or make other changes.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever or that ObraSnap will be compatible with every future device or operating system version.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ObraSnap is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Gndsoft does not warrant that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific professional or business purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gndsoft LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ObraSnap.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss resulting from deleted local data, inaccurate user-entered information, or decisions made based on reports generated using the application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Apple

If you obtain ObraSnap through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Gndsoft LLC, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for ObraSnap except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.

Your use of the application must comply with applicable App Store terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of ObraSnap after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
