1. The Service

Selah helps church worship teams plan services and share setlists, sheet music, chords, lyrics and slides, schedules, announcements and prayer requests. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts, Churches and Teams

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• The person who registers a church is its owner. Owners and administrators manage the church's teams, members, permissions and settings, and are responsible for inviting only people they intend to share church content with.
• Younger members should use the App only with a parent or guardian's consent (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Your Content and Copyright

You and your church keep ownership of the content you add. You give Gndsoft a limited license to store, process, display and transmit it only as needed to run the App for you and the people you share it with.

Many worship songs, sheet music and lyrics are protected by copyright. You are responsible for having the rights or licenses (for example, CCLI licenses) needed to upload, copy, display or project them, and for sharing them only within your church as those licenses allow. Gndsoft does not provide song licenses. We may remove content reported as infringing; send notices to [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful, abusive or harassing.
• Do not access other churches' data without permission, probe or disrupt the service, or misuse invite codes.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts, earn rewards or generate ad activity, or click or watch ads in bad faith.

5. AI Features

Chord recognition, lyrics extraction and similar features are automated and can make mistakes. Review results before using them in a service. Use of AI features draws on your church's monthly AI credits.

6. Plans, Ads and Payments

• The Free plan is supported by ads and includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Watching a rewarded ad can add credits within monthly limits; rewards have no cash value and may be changed.
• Paid plans (for example, Pro) are billed per church. When subscriptions are offered through the App Store or Google Play they renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings, and are subject to the store's terms and refund policies. Web subscriptions can be cancelled from the account page where you subscribed.
• Partner plans are granted by Gndsoft at its discretion and may be ended with notice.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services such as Google, Apple, Kakao, YouTube, podcast hosts and AI providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time in the App. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, or when required by law.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gndsoft disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
